Amongst our special guests and announcements:

• Kate Newby talks about directing Brad Fraser's True Love Lies, and announcing Dave Kelly as Kane and Roger Schultz as production designer.
• A 25-year retrospective of Ronnie Burkett Theatre of Marionettes, leading up to Penny Plain.
• Ksenia Thurgood and Joe Slabe performing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz, The Musical. Glynis Leyshon, director of last year's smash hit Seussical™ The Musical will also be returning to direct.
• Vicki Stroich announcing playRites personnel: One Yellow Rabbit's Blake Brooker directing Drama, Alan Dilworth directing Thinking of Yu, Green Thumb Theatre's Patrick McDonald directing Ash Rizin'. Confirmed cast & crew will include Allan Morgan, Daniela Vlaskalic, Lindsay Burns, Scott Reid and David Fraser.
• Downstage's Simon Mallett and Ellen Close on researching rural Alberta for their examination of the energy industry in Good Fences.
• Stephen Massicotte, talking about writing Mary's Wedding ten years ago.
• Kirstie McLellan Day discussing the adaptation of Playing With Fire: The Theo Fleury Story into a world-premiere one-man play.
